Thanks guys! I was lucky, I spent most of the day thinking it was mould as they came from a water damaged playset but I gave it a go and came up good! Did inform the seller but I don't think he even checked to be honest as he is a stand up guy, will see what he says - told him he owes me an hours pay :mrgreen:

just when you say 8d8 mailers , i noticed a seller on ebay.nl selling them for £12 each..seems a good price to me :mrgreen:

LOL Grant, the two multipacks I have include 8D8 in them so I am trying to complete the rest of the baggies 
Slim - well there is no such thing as a "mailer" 8D8, there is one on ebay.com with a box but its fake, Shawn made out the mailer number and it is an Anakin box so its just a made up piece, the baggies on ebay.nl are a decent price they aren't rare really. I picked up mine for $15 each from theEarth.

congrats on completing the multipack.
Do you know how many versions there are with 8D8 in? I spent a lot of time reviewing the online multipack guides and speaking to Andy_R on RS to ensure i had a full list of chewie multipacks. If i remember correctly there are 21 different multipacks that have chewie in. I have 2 so there is a long way to go.
P.S - i have a new chewie item on its way to me. I am hoping to have it this weekend and i cant wait to limelight it here. It is one of the cheaper items i have bought recently but definately very cool. I have paid a down payment on another item and i am also buying at the end of the month a particularily rare chewie 12" figure.
After that i think i am going to take a break from purchasing stuff as i have a few things i need to save for. I will still be around making up new names for some of my fellow collectors!!!!

But i have said to myself that if i do buy something it has to be rare. If i know i will find another one in the next 12 months then i will wait.
I think my bank manager is near on heart attack stage with my recent purchases.
Anyway. I have come home tonight and th parcel i have been waiting for has arrived. I will try and get time tonight to take a pic and limelight.

I could not wait to share this with you guys so here is my latest purchase. A 35mm slide of chewie.
This item has (according to the seller) had some well known owners in the past. Not sure if this was ever used for any sort of cardback or catalogue production but still in my mind an aweome peice.
If anyone has any ideas or views of what this was used for then please feel free to express here.
