Great find on that Transporter. I recently brought mine back from the dead and now it works perfectly! Thanks for the contents pic as well! :D

Finally got these from the US, but the cards are pretty bad - what to do?????

I was thinking of taking the figures out and start getting the loose versions to stand in front of the carded as some of you do.

What you reckon? (they dont look as bad in the photos lol)

Follow the herd............send them to be "U" graded, flog them when you get them back and with the extra cash you have buy some loose figs and if they get "U90" grades you could probably buy a new house as well!

Lovely carded figures....depends what you want out of it, money or keepsafes for yourself.

F*cking U grades

:)

really looking to keep them, although the 'U' Grades do look noce in the acrylic cases.

Probably get some of those figure stands, gonna have a look at the showcase pages ...... get some inspiration lol

This arrived today. OK it's not vintage but it's way cool so had to share.
There has been a backlog on these and me
and the kids have been waiting 4 weeks for this to arrive.

I am gonna be very busy in the evenings for the forseeable future :)

I put the kids in the photo to show you the size of the box (also I couldn't get them away from the thing!)

Unless those figures are some sort of variant you want to display in a loose collection, I would keep them carded.

really nice examples there cocofstar

the more i see these tidy bits the more i dont want fillers

Burnsy your kids taken to SW then?

Thought I'd share this, Wife and I always keep programmes and Tickets of events/concerts we attend and will eventually frame, so thought I'd get something Star Wars

Programme - there's a few on ebay, and original tickets

LOL quality! memories hey.

wish i was born lol

just find that period when SW came out fascinating, wish i was there but hey.

Coco - some really nice additions.

Saber - keep them carded. I went through a phase of buying beaters and sending them for U grading. I really regret that now. If you want these particular carded figures in your collection then buy some good quality acrylic cases and they will look fantastic. I would recommend oscars cases but some dont want to pay for the international shipping.

I will have an update tomorrow for a few more loose figures i have bought for the variant collection.

Steve

cheers for the advice, think i'll keep them carded for now and see how i go

finally back in the game on the collecting so should have some buys soon.
