Haven't posted here for a long time but got a few bits in that I thought people might like. Have no interest in the toys anymore but still like other areas, especially paperwork etc. Don't get me wrong I love the toys but get so much from other stuff nowadays. He boxes I have wanted for years but never found one, but a good friend helped me to obtain these. However battered they are, they are history and its important to me that I keep themin one piece. I've been offered Palitoy ones in the past but they don't have the print on them like the Kenner ones. I love the writing too. I will be getting cases made for the boxes and am tempted to fill with moc figures.
There's always something to collect for everyone Lee, which is what's so great about this game. You have some great pieces there with the figure box ect but I especially like the Burton Biscuits wrapper that I used to love eating growing up, as well as the UK Topps card box. That's one item I'd love to own one day as I think that's the first thing related to SW that I ever had growing up (the cards and not the box). I used to spend hours looking at those cards and waiting to see the film. :)

Not strictly vintage but happy to have the 3rd instalment of Javier Ruilópez PBP/Poch Made in Spain comprehensive catalog.

Some great items there, congratulations! If the Topps box was the one on eBay just before Christmas, you had a good bargain there - a fantastic rare piece. I also love the Burtons biscuits wrapper!

Great paperwork. I love the shipping boxes as well. I know what you mean the palitoy one have a lot less text but still would love to get a few more of them.

A couple of new items arrived today - "Star Wars is Forever" poster, and Italian POTF catalogue.

Impulse buy this afteroon, I went to Toy Planet in Melksham to look at video games, and ended up buying this Palitoy AT-AT! It was in the window so I assumed it was just a loose one, but when I asked about it they had the box, instructions and poster too. The box is a bit battered but the toy itself is excellent which is why I spotted it, fully complete with no yellowing and even the stickers are all decent. The electrics work too :) Seemed like a good deal for £120?

What a bargain.

Obviously it is your choice, but I really wouldn't change the bubble. Stick with the original sealed one, even if damaged. Great piece.

Yeah I think I'll leave it.
No guarantees of getting off cleanly & the potential for further damage. Had to be really careful putting R2 in as it was quite brittle feeling & didn't want to burst it any more.
In now & safe in a case, happy with it 👍🏻
