It was last Saturday, I went for a walk around the charity shops looking for some books. Then I saw a box with lots of figures and then...I spot it!! I ´ve asked how much..then, I could not believe my ears when the girl said 50Pences!!!!!
Enjoy lads!

Not in the best of nick, but for £7 I'll take it. I believe these can go for over £150-£200 in mint condition. And I kinda like that it tells a story, with the tape and blu-tac damage I can imagine it taking pride of place on some kid's bedroom from '77 into the 80s. I've done some light, sympathetic restoration taping up the edge tears and I'm going to find a decent frame to display it. It's got bags of character!

It's the British Pye soundtrack LP store display, with attached (empty) record sleeve. I love it for so many reasons - it's a really rare example of one of the earliest British store displays, a great representation of the Chantrell artwork, and so unusual to have the product as part of the display. Really, really made up with this piece.
