My latest addition is definitely an oddball item, but love the knock-off Star Wars artwork. A great example of how companies in the late 70's were riding on the coattails of Star Wars to make a buck.

Brilliant.
You do realise the Luke and X-Wing similarities are pure coincidence right? :?

Wicked bootleg 8)

Thanks fellas. I'd never seen or heard of the Redondo ray gun before, but it popped up on one of the FB groups and caught my eye. It was only until I started researching it that I found it was from Spain. I guess there are some other examples out there where they used other Star Wars style artwork to promote their guns.

Also found this blog that tells a little more about it.

This thread is so much fun to see everyone's items they've picked up recently. Keep 'em coming!

This is my latest purchase. Not the most exciting but it was the final ROTJ character MOC i needed (ie those figures originally released on ROTJ cards). Takes me to 2/3 of a full set (one of each figure) of MOCs now.

Not posted anything for a while so here's a few bits

Canadian 4-Lom offer, been after one for ages. Wasn't fussed about the cardback but looks ok on the Ugnaught

Next up is something I've been after for years, it's just the box, it'll give me something to do to find the rest (Wampas and Tauntauns in baggies are easy to get hold of!)

I managed to find a sealed copy of the cool Star Wars game I posted a while back. Big thanks to Iain for shipping him over here for me
