Firstly let me just say I'm Loving that mis card ..... a Beauty!
So my X wing is complete! I picked up the box ( slightly tatty last month ) for a cheeky tenner, then other week I got the Grey palitoy X wing to go with it complete for £35 ( plus a bonus with instructions rolled up tucked underneath where the landing leg is ) and now the insert for that super price again... A Cheeky little tenner! So it's now complete for a nice £55. U can guess I'm a very happy boy and a nice sense of satisfaction seeing something back together as one again .
Cheers ⚒

Nice additions, I like the loose first 12. I do college them loose graded, only missing the Tusken which is on the way.

I added those today :D

Great stuff. The miscard is glorious, Gary. Love the DSD, Rob ;) Shaky, that's an insanely cheaply and well put together grey X-Wing, nice one! Always love to see a nice Luke Stormie, scarfaceone, great stuff. Goodness galore.

I never knew there was a grey Pali X-Wing. Nice piece.

I really wanted the new looking X-Wing, back in the day, and was disappointed to get the one I already had but with an extra sheet of pishy stickers.

Very happy with my two latest MOCs :) Been after a Luke Bespin for ages - and this is a nice one. Bubble yellowed and not in perfect shape, but weapons still taped and card in good condition. So, until a "Walking" Palitoy ESB comes up, this one is an addition I am really pleased to get :D

Happy to add a Leia to my MOCs as well. Was after a Hoth one, but prices seem very high at the moment for some reason...

Wish I could get there - but living in Prague, it is too much of a trek :( Hope everyone has a great time and imagine this thread will be swamped after :)

Leia Hoth's are currently going for between £150-200 depending on the condition. Not too bad....but there are quite a lot of resealed repros out there right now

Yeah agree, I picked up the Leia Bespin for quite a bit lower, so from that perspective the Hoth ones seemed pricey :)

The last last 17 has arrived. He's no oil painting but he'll do until I get a better one. Amanaman has been a nightmare to find. In fairness, I have only missed two fair priced ones in the last 12 months and both were at Farthest From: first sold before the doors opened and second I wouldn't go the extra mile for it. Ne'er mind. I now have one. Bit of a cheat photo as it's only the Amanaman new. Got a couple of other bits to put up but for now:

Picked this factory sealed beauty up from a guy who worked in my local well known toy shop "Jennings" who hand picked it out the factory case 35 years ago and stored it 8)

Finally got an unused Palitoy Turret and Probot playset 8)

Enjoy :D

Wow Jon these are amazing. I think the Turret and Probot set is actually my favourite playset and I think that's the first unused Palitoy one I've ever seen. Yoda looks a mint beauty.

Not my latest buy, but one I finally got hold of yesterday - thanks to Gary Smith for delivering it to me.

Cheers mate. Yeh I meant to ask u if u'd seen a fully sealed example b4. I have seen a couple of unused examples but this is the first MISB :!:

Just picked up another "non Kenner" Star Wars item. A very nice 1978 calendar along with the cardboard box it originally came in. I know these are pretty common but really cool, especially for $15 USD. Why not, right? :)

Picked this bad boy up the other day - wasn't cheap - although I did think for a while it might be (damn you eBay snipers)

Nice little Palitoy / Clipper combo

Some amazing additions to the collections over the last few pages. Love them all couldn't choose one from the other :)

Great day at Farthest From, big thanks to Dave Tree for organising. I've got to say this was the best one yet for vintage trading, loads of well priced items on most stalls ranging from bargains to high end stuff, and great to see loads of people buying too.

I went along intending to just say hello and not buy anything, apparently now I collect baggies...

Haha, well done Edd they look great scores. "Diversify" is a scary word when collecting Star Wars!! :D

Sweet baggies Edd.. 8)

You're now on a long road to ruin, and I'm sure Frank could point you in the right direction.

Productive day at local flea market...Radar dish and nice clean canopy with glass for Falcon parts.
Also, the last figure required for the little ones collection, a fixed limb C3PO...also picked up a copy of Droids cartoon DVD :D

Alongside the baggies I also picked up these MOCs today. Yes I may have gone overboard

5 of them are from Nick, all a bit rough but display great and I just can't resist cheap beater MOCs, they remind me of my younger collecting days. Five carded figures for £100, collecting like it's 1999!

The short mouth Biker Scout is from Jez, had to get something from him today to help the cause!
