I can't quite believe after all these years that I've finally got a trilogo Fett :D The "Fett tax" MOCs command usually bothers me as on most cardbacks he's really not that rare, but the trilogo Fett is genuinely one of the hardest trilogos to find and I've only seen a handful for sale over the last 10 years. He's not perfect, the bubble is cracked on two corners, but with pieces like this sometimes you can't be fussy. It was a real gamble buying him as he came from the USA and I wasn't sure the bubble would survive being posted. Super chuffed to have one at last.

A thing of beauty ! That's the card not u Edd

Nice one mate - I thought the seller came down to a reasonable price in the end - was always a gamble getting it from over the pond but least you bought from a collector who knew what they were doing

One of 8 I need to complete so least a competitor is out of the way

Thanks Iain, it's what I messaged you about last weekend, but I quickly decided due to the fragile bubble it was probably safer to send it straight here rather than via you and Neil, 1 journey instead of three.

nice tri fett displays well you wouldn't know the bubble was cracked looking at it.lucky you!.I bet waiting for it to arrive and not knowing if it would make the journey in one piece was a nerve wrecking experience.

A tri fett is a thing of beauty.Wish I owned one.

Yes mate - I would have advised the same - especially for a damaged bubble - glad you landed it though

Two new additions that arrived yesterday. Tough to find these in good shape, really pleased with them.

Nice one Edd :) It's well cool u got the Tri Fett on the Tri card which is by far my fav :!:

I got my example....hell around 18 years ago :!: Don't have it anymore unfortunately but it was in similar condition to urs and back then it was defo much tougher to find :!: Mine also came from the US from 'Brian's Toys'. I used to get their mailer catalogue in those days and in one issue there were two MOC Tri Fetts  One was rated C-7.5 and the other C-9.5 according to Brian's strict grading scale(pre AFA/UKG era) I gunned for the 9.5 example but apparently that sold b4 the catalogue was sent out :!: Today that example would no doubt grade triple 85 minimum(most prob is graded now like much top end condition pieces) and sell for a small fortune :!:

I sold my example in 2007 and ironically I found it for sale at "Brian's Toys" now graded AFA 60 for nearly 4X the price I paid all those years ago :!: Didn't take long to sell either

Earlier today I sold a reseal Lando ESB moc. This allowed me to unlock this chap who I had stored away until funds arrived:

He is now alongside his friends:

(Nb. The ESB palitoy has the name badge replaced).

Have acquired these over the past week or two - adding MOCs to my near complete collection of vintage loose. Added a few more in the past few days as well, which I will share when they arrive, but for now, thought you might like to see these :)

All shown in the wonderful acrylic cases from GWA :D

Well done lads, a truly great collection of stuff all shown since the Sunday of CE3. I was hoping to show off my Luke X-Wing Trem that Iain kindly handled for me, but unfortunately it hasn't arrived yet. As you know Iain is an absolute gent and does us all so many favours. He kindly agreed to have the Trem posted to him from within the USA and bring to CE3 with a couple of other bits. Iain was gutted to inform me in London that he couldn't find my package anywhere, he was sure he brought it with him. It was funny to learn that when he got home and was unpacking in Florida he found it in a pocket in his suitcase he forgot about! Poor Iain, he was so busy and maxed at CE3  .When this chap finally arrives, he would have been on a really long journey. Thanks Iain mate, you are a superstar.

Keep posting dudes.
