Latest Acquisitions

Very nice guys - that R2 looks like it was in the shops yesterday

As does your latest Carl - can't beat a good minirig!

In true FB style had a mail call today. Couldn't resist the ESB Star Destroyer commander - my favourite card front after the ESB R2 and 3PO

And I'd never seen a Harbert Hovercraft Scooter before (then saw two in the same week). For some real die cast nerdyness, despite its battered condition it's pretty special. The Landspeeder should be the first released of the DC but Harbert only released it as a 21 back - and it seems to have a unique bubble. Those crazy Italians! I'll stop boring you now

loving the greedo Jeff, whats the plan with those? collecting all greedo COOs?

nice DBRS Tris, pairing up with a metallic bespin blaster?

That R2 is especially minty Rifle, love that Harbert Landspeeder Spoons. Cracking piece.

well this is the first lot of figures I've picked up for at least the last 3 years, still some bargains to be had on Ebay.

Some figures of note are a Taiwan R2 and white haired Obiwan. Most of the figures are mint or close to mint and all of the weapons original.

Always love to see all the awesome and rare pick-ups, but posts like this make me happiest of all at times.. a little perfectly formed collection, full of honesty and even the odd sweet variant too 8)

Wow, what a haul :) Lovely childhood collection that looks barely touched. So many figures there hard to find in decent condition and they look mint :)

Loving the latest, chaps. Lovely sealed TLC, Carl. That Harbert Landspeeder is brilliant, spoons! And the DSC does look his best on a. ESB card. Great DBRS! So need one of those! And great pick up of a Trilogo Leia Hoth. One of the best looking TLs :)

More great pick ups !

A pair of lovelies arrived today. The TFP probably didn't get the love it deserved at auction because of the daft grading it was given. The 60 on the bubble was for a small crease not even visible from the front. Regardless, he's been released of that burden and it now at home in a nice GW case. Awesome card back. The IG-88 box is battered but is complete, as is the figure. Last time I was seriously collecting this figure was so far out of reach it wasn't funny, now he's totally affordable. I don't really touch Kenner but when there's no other option I don't mind departing from that rule. Love the 12" range and he's joining Luke as only my second.

Simon, glad to see you broke the TFP free of his constraints, I would have done the same :)

And the IG is a true Old Skool grail piece. Fantastic item.

Great score matey. That TFP was mine at one point and I could never understand the poor grade. It looks an AFA80 all day long. This is another example of why AFA grading doesn't work for me.
