Some nice purchases popping up as usual everyone. The debut MOC collecting has been getting me down a bit lately with the prices and stuff. I have an ESB Palitoy Snowspeeder on display in my bedroom and it was the first vehicle I was given as a child, so I have decided to hunt some other boxed Snowspeeders down as they aren't that expensive and think I will enjoy buying something other than MOC's for once. So here it is the first boxed item I've brought since 2000 a ROTJ Bilogo Snowspeeder, looks good next to my ESB one and my thinking is if I add one every now and then the wife might not notice! :?

Not sure if this is the start of a focus or not have to see what else pop's up. :)

Very nice DC Landspeeder Rich.
What others are you after for a complete run?

Cheers Andy :D I think I need the white Tie Fighter, the tie bomber, falcon. I'm sure I have Slave I but I can't see it. Also missing the ywing bomb. I probably sold the slave I as I'm fussy with the metal scratches and I think it was rough. The ywing is too looking at it so may need to upgrade that soon.

I love this thread. It's like a surrogate fix of new items. What, I think, is best about it is the huge variety of items that appear here. Everything from empty boxes for coveted late-issue vehicle to lead bootlegs. Absolutely brilliant.

Amazing condition A-Wing box. Scary-ass bootleg that looks million times better after it's gentle stripping. I LOVE the Amanaman baggie and had to hold myself back when that popped up. Brilliant die-cast Landspeeder with the backing card (best of both worlds). And finally a nice pair of AT-AT killers.

So many great things, chaps. And again; what a variety!

Good plan. No, wife's don't notice. The number of times I said "yeah this is just one of those cheap ones that they couldn't give away, so thought I might as well have it" COUGHpalitoylukebespin :D

Another nice diecast off the list

Great diecast landspeeder, they always seam to be missing the windscreen :) Coincidently I had these 2 arrive this morning, bought them on a whim the other night. Saw the Palitoy logo on the cardback and just had to buy them :D

Also managed to get a not too bad boxed Yoda puppet, a nice 'special buy' Radar Laser Cannon and an awesome AFA graded Tie Fighter Pilot courtesy of Stormcab (Justin) :D :D :D

Picked up a couple of cards for my Han and Leia focus

The Leia is a nice upgrade on the one I already had

The Han is one I've been after for a while now.....

Hope nothing else turns up prior to Xmas as I skint now

Lovely Han and Leai card's there.

I've just acquired a Palitoy staff shop carrier bag, slightly more cost than an Asda 5p version absolutely delighted.

What a cracking bit of history right there laurence 8)

That's exactly what I thought buddy, it nearly got threw away apparently. It has a hole in it, probably from the corner edge of a boxed toy that adds a little bit of history but I don't care about that little skirmish.
Happy as Larry with it.

Ultra cool bags. Let's hope the missus doesn't spot them and say "perfect, I'll use those to get round that 5p charge" :o

Great pickups guys, love the loose figures and diecasts, and a neat bit of history with that bag, very nice
I picked these up from ebay my first diecasts, not in bad shape few paint rubs but i can live with that, they certainly built these to last they feel very sturdy in hand

Just one bag, photographed both sides.
I better invest in a roll from Asda to keep her mitts off of it.

Those look great, ummm, keep meaning to accrue some of these.

I always find this tread the best. Always awesome stuff
I have been after one of these for ages but always missed out
Only the box but I will take a good empty box over nothing any day and try and build it up
