Maybe not to everybody's taste but my wife wanted to treat me to a personalised number plate for my 40th in April. She found a Star Wars themed plate which was nice but not really my thing. I then did some research and found this, she was happy with it and bought it for me.
I'm chuffed as it includes 2 nods to SW.

Nice Jez, you just need this to put it on now :D

This was a lucky escape...

Terrible packing, item declared well above what I paid (why do this?!), crushed box, opened and inspected by customs but old Ben arrived from the US last week

This is the box and check out the damage to the star case:

Amazingly the card wasn't damaged at all. More amazingly, customs opened it up and didn't knacker it - and even more amazingly (is this one of the harbingers of the apocalypse?), only charged me £60 import duty (which is correctish, but normally Id expect to pay the full 25%).

Wow great escape mate  am glad it came good for you :D Beautiful example 8)

Nice number late Jez. All you need to do now is take it of your wife's car and put it on yours and you will be sorted.

I have a large range of low polluting Volkswagen 's to put that cracker on Jez.

Finally got a sensible priced Death Star planetary map after 9 month's of wanting one and completes the set.

My first miscard!
It did have a perfect bubble before posting but sadly now has a hairline crack in each of the four corners.
I want to put it in a acrylic case but would like advice on how to protect the bubble from blowing up completely!

Ah ha!!! So that's who beat me to it!!

It's a great piece and one I really wanted as I have the exact opposite set up....Luke on the HRS card :D

My advice, based on having loads of these with cracked bubbles is very thin strips of sellotape. If done carefully it shouldn't show and has managed to kep mine together for a long time.

Failing that just keep it flat and never ever move it!

Some recent figures/variants for my ever growing loose collection....

R2-D2 (Lili Ledy)
C-3PO Fixed Limbs (Lili Ledy)
Stormtrooper (Lili Ledy)

All the above came from Ozio and will make excellent upgrades for my collection.

Imperial Commander - No COO/China Baggie (#6)
Emperors Royal Guard - Made In Hong Kong (#5)
Bikerscout - Hong Kong (#5)
R2-D2 - Made In Hong Kong (#III-1b)
Chief Chirpa - Scarred COO (#3)

Both the Imperial Commander & R2-D2 came from fleabay have eluded me for a long time whilst trying to find them in 'display' condition. The R2 is near mint and the china baggie imperial isn't bad as most I've seen are always well played with and worn. Now as for the others if you've been watching Tiggy's travels on the imperialgunnery you'll know were they figures came from.

Such a Kool miscard as we used to play with the Rebel Soldier as Luke Hoth before Luke Hoth was released 8)

Some beautiful pick ups on show here congrats to all 8)

I very rarely put anything up on here but today received my first ever Baggie item a lovely jabba pipe and bowl set all nicely sealed, as soon as I picked it up and held it I got it ....." the Baggie bug" understand it and why the baggies are collected. Amazing that this has been sealed in its own little time capsule for all those years.

Thank you to Frank and Joe for sorting this for me top guys :D really appreciate this

Mike :D
