Not posted on here for an age as everytime I look theres 10 more pages of cool stuff to comment on, but you guys have not slowed down in my absence, some real stella pieces over the past 50 or so pages I just scoured, that die cast Tie has to be the peach for me, always wanted one of those a real grail item!!

I have quite a bit of stuff that I have not posted on here due to time commitments of late, but I promised someone I'd show this off, a cool little addition to my PD focus & also my first ever card with an offer, got it here & have since managed to get the footer back where it should be & its looking nice, just need another acrylic case now as I've run out.

Picked this up at a record fair today. Had no idea what I was buying for £1.00. If you haven't come across it before, and I certainly had not, have a listen to the track concerned here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUbeOLMTcdU basically an electro-synth Yubnub with extras! How an earth John Williams has put his name to this I do not know. 1983- so yes, it is vintage!

Got me thinking- do any Forumites have a Star Wars vinyl collection? This is the start of mine.

Very nice but bloody hell that's a long time to wait on Vectis to deliver!

Marc

Great stuff.

Those McQuarrie pictures are awesome. Picked up a set a few years back. He is the look of Star Wars 8)

What's it been, 3 days?

Rich mate congrats on the Sandcrawler, we on SWFUK love Sandcrawlers! Whats next?
Carl, You've got the bug back dude. Nice MOC Jabba's goons!
Frank, i was so tempted with the PD MOC, glad you've got him and sorted the footer :D
HothJim, awesome £1 record dude.
Princess Raya, i'm blown away by your Palitoys dude. I'd absolutely love that LXW. Sweet Harbert too dude.
Bradley1360, mate those foreign MOCs are cool, i have neither a GDE or Clipper. Very nice fella. Oh and the unpainted hand Yoda, sweet.
LOM, thats a great discovery mate. Nice memories.

Finally had the chance to upload some of my own latest acquisitions;

My LXW bootlegs have had a boost thanks to Marc C. First of all he gifts me this Articulated Polish LXW (Right one) to join my others. Then he steers me in the direction of the 1st generation unarticulated Blue one, top man! Thanks Marc.

Then this little beauty from Iain

Then this awesome addition to my LXW Focus, thanks CBGB, Will is a top seller!

And finally, i've just had this back from the framers. It was an exclusive giveaway (only 50 a day at Anaheim) which i thought was too nice to leave unframed.

Good Times

More extreme lovely vintageness

Martin - a personal stash like that has to be he best kind of LA. Being Ralph's work is just an added bonus :)

Don't normally cite all pics but big shout out to Jez! I love those bootlegs and the Anaheim print looks the bees - what's the story behind that?

rich - good challenge find! il have to listen to the PC...this reminds of me sandcrawler ****s

carl - gotta lotta love for the tri's nice pick up

frank - nice job on the PD moc and shaking the footer back in place. its a skill i tell you 8)

princess - score on the harbert vader :)

bradley - love yoda's hand job 8)

jez - the backer print looks captain amaze balls in that frame nice :)
i like the gifted bootleg lxw. he is uber cool 8)

Got a lotta love for those bootlegs Jez. I just need to find a reputable seller myself. How do you tell a bootleg from a bootleg bootleg???

Those luke X wing booties are not exactly beauties but really have some character jez & a great addition to widening the focus, cracking MOC as well & a figure I also home to get a MOC of at some point, such a great backing picture.

Those palitoys are stunning, but the Harbert - wowsers!

@ Chris - there is no way on earth you can get a footer back in place on PD's by shaking them buddy (god knows I tried on my palitoy) - there is a gap in the bubble at the stem, if you get a thin wedge of paper & fold it double you can gently slide it through to correct the footers, top tip from Steve @ UKG thank goodness as they drive me nuts otherwise

What a quality thread. And jam packed with all sorts of vintage awesomeness!

Raya, love those Palitoy MOCs. One day, one day.....

Jez, those bootlegs are mental! Love the LXW MOC and that print is awesome. Just checked out eBay and only one up for sale and that's Stateside :(

Bradley, that is a great find on the unpainted hand Yoda :)

Big thanks to Paul (stormtrooper37) for this beauty. Been after a Meccano ESB moc for quite a while.

Thanks Lads.
Raya, how can you tell a bootleg bootleg from a bootleg? As a bootleg guru. I have no idea, all of mine are legit though thankfully.

Lots of interest in the print. It was a bit of a big deal at Anaheim with Chcuj from Jedi Temple Achieve getting these made and giving out 50 a day at our shared Force United booth at a certain (different time each day) time. We saw people cueing for over an hour to get one. Since then Chuck has released a second print run edition.
Chuck was good enough to give me one for free. The least i could do was look after it and give it a decent bespoke frame.
I love it.

Kvavik that it a stunning Leia, nice one mate
