Came across a stall with a Yak Face and Blue Snag. Asked about prices and the seller asked "are you interested in loose figures"... "Yep", I said. To which he produced 4 large boxes (approx 500) of loose figures   Much to the delight of the missus!! Will have to go back next month on my own!

I spent about 40 mins going through what I could before I decided on a little purchase.
9 Luke X Wing figures. 6 complete with blasters...

Brought them home for a little clean. Three COO variants including a number of different family variants. All six blasters 100%. A couple of mint figures...

I feel a reference guide coming on....

Great pick-ups everybody.
Love this thread, but it makes me green with envy at times :D

nice Jawa :D cant see me ever owning one,bit out of my price range :(

TBH mate, I never thought I'd own one.
Got it for a really good price from a French Ebayer, so there are bargains out there.

Probably gonna be the most I'm ever likely to spend on a single SW item, though.
If the missus finds out, I'm f**cked! :D

If the missus finds out I think that's the last thing you'd be.

You may have a point there, young man

Ninja-like, I managed to smuggle the little chap upstairs, unnoticed.
Unfortunately, she saw the packaging.
He was packed into what looked like a bracelet box, so she's convinced herself I've shelled out on some jewellery for her.

This could end messily.

Hi mate, I got it off a well known auction site, it cost more than my car but couldn't let it go.

Do you think it'd be worthwhile sending it to UKG for grading and casing?

Cheers, Mike

Picked this up off Ebay for a reasonable price and just got it delivered...in an envelope in the rain and with just a bit of bubble rap around it, so a few more veins added to it but thankfully the bubble is still in good shape and well a reminder to ask every seller to box items in future!...

Hi Mike, I think it's worthy of grading - You really don't see any AT-AT's in better condition that the one you have...

hard to keep up with all these buys - the four pack is particularly special 8)

Big thanks to Stef for trading the 2 Bespin Polish bootleg blasters, and I also picked up Gus and Duncan's micro book which I was unaware of until recently - a great read (and what a vintage style cover!)

Lastly a childhood bootleg sticker I found this week on an old case. Really a very old acquisition but I thought I'd binned all these so I'm well chuffed

Some sweet pick up guys, that AT-AT looks very tidy. Love the Sweepstake poster and that Gus and Duncans micro book looks interesting. The Hoth Luke looks good as well.
Hope to be able to add to this post myself soon.

Didn't know this book existed so thanks for sharing. I've ordered myself one as I do love a good vintage toy book ( and have a soft spot for these micro collections), so looking forward to seeing it.
