Latest Acquisitions

Last purchase for a while as I owe a certain Mr Somma a lot of acrylic money right now :D

Thanks to a couple of guys that pointed this one out to me - it is a beauty and another one for the Clipper Collection

Nice cards Rob... :D
Great Clipper Iain... 8)
Cool stamp Ollie...never seen that before!

Only something small, and a bit of a beater, but I'm chuffed with this little fella. Kenner/Lili Ledy, Raised Bar, No COO figure. Came across a local sale with a poor picture and I didn't know what COO it was. Took a punt.. (£3 delivered, so an absolute bargain!) was delighted when this arrived.

Y-Wing
Managed to get the electronics working, but needs a good clean/Retrobrite.
Missing a few engine struts and the bomb.

Also picked up a few figure variants.

Finally, a TVTimes from 1982 (first UK TV showing of SW), Look-In 1978, ESB Annual No.2 and Factors MTFBWY badge (first item of SW memorabilia I remember having, back in the day).

AWESOME find with the TV Times, that was the first time I saw Star Wars and I watched the recording of it to death! I can still remember the adverts they had on during it :D

You and me both!
Wish I still had my Betamax recording of it.

Weirdly, they seem to have used an altered Boris Vallejo ESB artwork on the TVTimes cover, to advertise it :?:

My second micro collection playset. Figures are still sealed in baggies, decals unapplied, has inserts and all paperwork. Box is in okay shape too.

Great stuff guys - really like the Micro Collection piece, thankfully (as with the Palitoy logo) I don't have a childhood memory to make me want to GET THEM ALL!
