Nice Survival Kit, I have the AT-AT version but that Survival kit eludes me.

Don't usually post my ransom oddball stuff that I get, but having a day off work so heres a Loose Diecast Y-wing (£1.75) and a "Happy Empire Day" badge that was released in 1981 to celebrate the 1 year anniversary.

Soak the B-wing plastics in Hydrogen Peroxide for a few weeks and they will come up lovely bright white again :)

Nice pick ups guys.

Frank, your baggie collection is epic and coming on in leaps and bounds.Amazing...

NOW HAND OVER ONE OF THE SPECIAL BUY PACKS!!!!! hehe

really?

Wont that strip the red paint as well?

DON'T put a die-cast vehicle in Hydrogen Peroxide! Yes, it will make the yellow leave the plastic but it will **** up the paint work on the metal. The whole 'whitening' thing divides people in the hobby, but as long as it's for your own collection and not to sell then I don't see a problem with it!

BTW nice Y-Wing, I love all the die casts!

agreed. i've been using the peroxide technique to turn a 12" brown as chewbacca stormtrooper to something pretty respectable, but that's for my own collection...not to sell. i have seen a transformers ratchet undergo the technique and that has metal parts with no bad effect. not sure i would risk it mind

Thanks scott, great to know you are also a tri-logo fan :D

I really struggle not to like something when it comes to star wars lol, Tri-Logos are the one I remember buying most back in the day.

I also remember Tri-logo from my childhood also a reason why I buy them :D There was some ESB and ROTJ in the shops when I was a kid. But most of the items was tri-logo.

Thank you all for the kind words about the recent baggie pick ups of mine, lots of love out there for that EB 3 pack then, great combo & I was thrilled to get it.

Grant - Die cast are always good in my book regardless of condition, love the Y-wing m8

Lonebudman - some really nice loosies, love the luke stormie, always a class act figure, they really should have made the han & some binders for chewie.

Lars - nice pick up buddy

Jeff - Chewie is always a great one to get MOC re sealed or otherwise, lots more love going round on re seals of late & IMO realistic

Sweet mocs Jeff and Pomse! 8)

These arrived today from the bay of evil,at long last I have a Han Solo figure,I have had the worst luck trying to buy Han figures lol.
Turns out the Han and BBS comes from a SWUK member: Steesh.

Last two loosies turned up today. I never thought i'd be comfortable spending that kind of money on a figure. 12 months ago I felt bad spending more than £20 on a moc. For all the new starters out there............be prepared!!

Finally got me a B-wing. The box is actually in really good shaped and factory sealed at one end. Just need to take the iron to it to flatten it out. Thanks to DarthStanley for the unused sticker set. Just need the inserts....come on who out there has a knackered box with a set in that they'd happy to part with?
