Ok actually, I'm not divorced. she reacted as I said she would.

First it was 'What is that??', then it was 'where's it going to go??' and finally she had a jibe at me because I had been moaning lately that the house is too small and full of too much stuff, we need a clearout!!! So it helps that I came home with the biggest Star Wars toy they produced!!!

She's knows what I'm like now, we've been together for 12 years so she just accepts it and rolls her eyes.

Your going to have to get a focus pic up of your Tie's soon.

Jebus Grant lucky they don't hold one of those events every week mate you'd be broke ass in no time. Great Haul.

Same goes for everyone else I don't check this thread enough these days as it only makes me want to buy more, but well done on some excellent pick ups.

This one will probably cause some conjecture but here it is anyway, long story short it's one of the other items connected to the Fett Bubble in another thread. It's believed to be a Toltoys issued card with a rather odd bubble, these have been seen in the past on other ESB cards but the three from this seller are as far as I've been told the first ever 32 backs found.

The card is slightly larger in width and height to a standard Kenner ESB and is made from a thinner card stock, the finish on the back of the card has a matt finish and the colours aren't as vibrant. The general belief is that the cards either originated from New Zealand or Australia but so far the only one's I've seen have been Kiwi cards with this bubble. Unfortunately the bubble on old Yoda here had become detached and the old dear who owned them stuck it back on with sticky tape ( upside down at that ). Seeing how this one came form a seller in Christchurch NZ it adds a little more credence to that theory. My folks are originally from Christchurch so it's a good nostalgic piece for me.

There is no evidence of any other style of bubble ever being stuck on the card so in my honest opinion ( for what it may be worth ) it's legit.

Please feel free to give you opinions, good or bad I'm keen to hear what you fellas think.

Hey Ryan Glad that piece went to a SWFUKer! :)

Did place a cheeky bid but I have my eyes on a Kenner 32bk and anyhow I have spent too much lately

Nice pickup 8)

Great Yoda you got there Ryan, I was just reading about the Fett and this whole situation on RS and it's Awesome that this **** is still being discovered after all this time 8)

Some great stuff there lads - this thread is crazy - I'd love to do a calculation as to just how much has been spent this year alone of Star Wars goodness !

Anyway, I did give some of the guys at FF a quick heads up as to what I would be spending my takings on but here they are in their full glory.

The Palitoys are just minty - with the exception of the DSC which has warped a bit -although he is now straightening up his new case. The Walrusman is a new card to my hunt but the other three are upgrades (hence the recent sales!)

Both the Death Stars are equally as beautiful - the Palitoy one looks super cool and as far as I can see if complete. The Kenner one apparently was a MISB but the tape broke and a look inside suggests it has never been played with

 You've got your own James.

I don't know what it all means either Grant, I just make **** up so it sounds good

Epic haul Iain! Freakin EPIC! Me thinks you gettin in some last minute purchases before Whah Whah arrives

 - mate it is quality - I was saying the other day - as a collectors peice it is the business, I think the Kenner one was a better toy but the cardboard one just looks ace. Trouble is the missus has already asked where on earth I will be keeping it

Actually winding down for Christmas, but got these today:

Okay so it's a Kenner and not a Palitoy, but I need it to make my Palitoy whole again!

Two lovely looking Palitoy cardbacks, both are 30a backs, pity the price sticker obscures half of the Palitoy logo - damn you Alpha Toys!

I'm glad I don't collect Palitoys anymore too much competition :D

Seriously great pick ups all round - including the Imperial Shuttle which defines 'The Empire' IMO

Iain -you must be chuffed to bits with your latest purchases, but where's the Palitoy Chewie???

Maulster - What a great haul of goodies, TFP one of my fave figues 8)
