Picked up these two for a song. Finally got myself an X-wing for $25 about £16. Local sale, so I go to pick it up and he happens to have a boxed Millennium Falcon sitting there. How much for that I ask? The price tag says $75 so how about $70 (£46) he says..................Sold I say! I'm more than happy to pay 1980 prices. Best part no postage costs. I already have a falcon but no box, the box is a bit rough but I love it all the same and the falcon is in great condition only missing the ramp struts.

The X-wings wings wouldn't stay in the open position but I soon discovered if you can carefully disassemble the wings you can unscrew R2D2 flip him around and it now works perfectly, even the electrics work. Sorry to ramble just gotta tell someone who doesn't roll their eyes ( like my wife ) when I talk vintage Star Wars.

Been away for the weekend but came home to a nice surpise. I traded an MOC of mine for these 2 Ewoks with Joe about a month ago... about a week ago i got a message from Joe saying he'd forgotten to send them and as a way of apologie would send something extra. I said don't be silly and was amazed when i opened the package this morning to find not only the two Ewoks (finally :lol: ) but also this Lando Skiff trilogo MOC. Massive thanks Joe. Way too generous mate and really unnecessary (but appreciated).

I also got this very mint Luke Jedi from a guy called Randy on RS. He arrived in even better condition than i had hoped. Very nice.

Ryan, turning around the R2 is indeed the way to get the wings locking again. Well done for finding that out yourself. Did you get the sound and light to work as well? Or were they already working? You should be able to find the struts for the Falcon easily.

Pete, the Ewoks look mint, but then as an Ewok lover you wouldn't settle for less, would you. Nice one Joe for giving Pete that MOC!

Thanks fella's, yeah gives you a good sense of achievement to nut out how to fix something, I probably should have asked you guys first.

Lights and sound didn't work either so I just cleaned up the contacts and away she went, scared the livin' poo out of my dog HA HA.

Just picked up an ewok village for $20 as well, complete except for one of the stands for the spit roaster. anyone happen to have a spare for sale?

Wow you guys have picked up some great stuff here, a bit limited here in Oz but you can still pick up some bargains, my first haul was 60 complete vintage figures
for $60 the only pic in the ad was a blurry one from his mobile so it was a bit of a gamble but they all turned out to be minty. nice.

Here are my latests buys, all come in the space of two days!!!

ESB Yoda, POTF Lando, 77 back ROTJ Jawa, ESB Imperial Commander and finally my first ever 12 back, a 12b Jawa!!

Oh and a Clipper Jawa with three stickers!!!! I was so so lucky to win this- I was watching the end, just waiting to get sniped. The snipe didnt happen so I got a bargain! The price sticker/ tear is on the star case- it is pretty much mint.

It's the black wrapround sticker with the white circle in the middle. Clipper used it to rebrand many kenner and palitoy back in the day.

I acquired this hansom looking fellow this week. I've never owned an Amanaman before and indeed this is the first time i've even seen one in the flesh. Very exciting.
Got this one courtesy of caswellbot and the condition is flawless. 8)
