ponchobelt - hi mate - I think you might have got a very good deal with that MOC - from what I can see it is actually one of the Hybrid cards (ROTJ front/Trilogo Back) - that make is a bit rarer and worth at least £30/£40

Another package this morning..... two very cool Jawa protoypes!

First up is

POTF2 Clone Wars "Short" Paint Sample

Figure is painted and has copyright markings on feet. Plastic is a lighter shade of brown than the production figure. The left eye is much larger than the right and appears to be hand painted (yellow). The markings "HFE" are burned into the side of the head. Figures comes sealed (tape) in a plastic baggie.

Next we have

POTF2 Legacy First Shot Jawa with Security Droid (sealed in baggie)

Figure is unpainted and does not contain copyright information. The letters "HFE" are branded on the top of the head. Figures cloth cape is similar to the production version. Weapon is shot in brown, which differs from the production version (black). The Security Droid is unpainted and shot in black plastic. The base is similar to the production version, but lacks a number on the bottom. Figure is sealed in a baggie and had been used as a bagged sample.

I have gone from 0 to 4 modern protoypes in under two months  They are fascinating peices and are a focus collectors dream as far as I am concerned. I doubt I will ever own a vintage first shot Jawa, so these will keep me happy
I will update my limelight soon, however there are a couple of key pieces in the post so I will hold off until everything is here safe and sound 8)

Cheers Dennis :)

From what I can gather its an internal code/abbreviation for
"Hong Kong Far East"

Edit- Hong Kong, not Honk Kong!

Those are some great pick ups Ed! I must warn you though, one more modern piece in the vintage section and its a suspension!

 Sorry Joe.... I thought about posting it in the modern section, but no ****er ever looks there

Its the last one I promise 8)

**** no Ed, vintage or not they are some great pre prod pieces mate keep em coming.

Have any pre producton vintage Jawa's ever surfaced? They would be very cool but I'd imagine insanely expensive

Nice pickups chaps.
Tim, never really taken any notice of the 12" figures but the jawa looks cool.
Ed. keep em coming. Love those 2 new pre productions. Might not be vintage but very sweet. :D
It amazes me how quick this thread updates! I can feel a purchase coming on myself :)

If that's what you call slowing down, I wonder how it'll be when you go to the limits.
I only have 1 Greedo and he has no problem standing up, so I guess you have been unlucky with him so far. But I'm sure it won't last long until you post another one. :)

Nice figures Tim,

Interesting you picked up a Made in Macau bagged 8D8, they don't show up often, please don't open it :) It's a lot harder to find than any other bag :)

I only made a last minute bid for it at the weekend and got it. Dont plan on opening it at all, think it looks quite cool.......although i may divert and start going for more baggies now lol
