Saw a random ad on a norwegian sales site, the seller had lando and some beaters for sale, with a G1 Optimus Prime, but he didn't have the blaster, hence the price I guess.
The painting was cute, did you paint it?
If you guys are interested in buying some star wars drawings, I'd be happy to do some for you

Thanks guys, no I'm not the artist, got it from a guy called Steve in the states, must do a better photo as that one does it no justice.

& yes tundra - get on it buddy - its a sure fire way to fund your collecting hobby if your good, was thinking of getting my better half to try her hand at doing some pyography pieces to test the water.

Here's some links to some star wars sketches I've done a couple of years ago, currently working as a freelance illustrator, but stuck in a rut, so was thinking of doing a mural or a canvas with my star wars faves for myself to loosen up.

I hated the b-wing pilot as a kid, and as he was hated, never got played with, the one figure in my original toy collection that survived the longest

Hi guys,

it's my turn again. :mrgreen:

First up is a MIB Dewback I bought from Gary. The box has seen better days and the Dewback is missing it's harness, but all in all it's a great item that I love for I always wanted a Dewback. Looking to find the reins/harness no, but that proves to be very challenging. But I like challenges.

Next is Kenner 77 back Lando Skiff Guard. This was a real bargain and is a real nice example of the card (unpunched as well). But if you look real closely you can see that he suffers from frost. How exactly does that happen? And what in the sunlight makes it go away? UV rays? If so couldn't I use a UV lamp to get rid of it?

Oh yeah. Next up 6 new Boushhs for my Boushh clone army. :twisted: In detail: 3 x No COO, 2 x Taiwan, 1 x Hong Kong. 2 need their weapons replaced (one is chewed, the other one is broken in 2 pieces), but replacements are already on the way. Btw, 3 of them are from APOLLO and the other 3 I bought from a guy on RS.

I'm also building up a clone army of Lando Skiffs as you can see here. 2 x No COO, 1 x Hong Kong.

I was really excited to get one of them: Imperial Commander (Hong Kong). I think he will good look in future photos I might take. And 2 new ERGs to add to the family (1 x Taiwan, 1 x Hong Kong). They came without the force pikes, so if you have 2 spares, please let me know.

Again I was really excited to receive the next 2 fellas, 2 Rebel Commandos. 1 of them has a moulded face. I now have 8 loose Rebel Commandos and 1 MOC Rebel Commando, but only this one example with a moulded face. He has COO China, the other one has no COO.

Finally another Last 17. One of my most disliked figures to be honest. When I was a kid I never saw them in the movies and never knew what the figure was about. Plus I find these super ugly. But I'm glad to be able to tick it off the list now and also to have found a minty version without nose rub, as well as Dark Sith Lord. This one came from FLETCH by the way, great seller with quality figures. Snaggletooth came also from him but is missing his blaster. Again, if you have a correct spare blaster, please send a PM!

The Dignitary came with its original coin too! My first loose one.

My 1st Gentle Giant 12". 2 weeks ago I ordered the next figure to be released in autumn (Hammerhead) at my local comic book store and the seller informed me that a week before he received one copy of the DSC which I could buy if I was quick. And quick I was. I've seen many pics of the Gentle Giant figures online, but trust me, when you see them in person... whoa! HUUUGE!!!

Last, but not least, I got this Star Wars Magazine. I usually don't buy it, but I figured that I could make an exception as its main feature is a Die Cast version of one of my most favourite SW figures. (Who would have guessed by now that it's Boushh??? ) I know ya'll ain't got no luv for dem DeAgostini models, but after having seen the Boushh in person now, I think they are quite nice. But no, I decided not to spend 14 Euros per issue. :shock:

So if you have any spares for the weapons I seek (2 x ERG force pike/Snaggletooth blaster and I'm also looking for a Rebel Commando rifle) or have any Boushh/Lando Skiff guard to sell, please send a PM. Or if you know anything in detail about the frosting, please let me know as well.

Hopefully my package will be with you soon. With the frosting, you can just put the figure out in the sun for a couple of hours and that will disappear - although I'm not sure what the weather is like over there at the moment !

Yes, Iain, I think sometime this week your parcel will arrive. Still waiting for my Kellerman from Luke as well, I was hoping for it to arrive today, but I'm starting to get nervous now.

I know that sunlight will get rid of the frosting, but why? What is it that makes it go away? My parents might have an UV lamp. Would it help?
