Cheers gents, its a cracking figure to have loose, I love the paint app on it.

You are on a roll with the big buys Ed, this year alone you grabbed some awesome items, Tri Jawa, Revenge error/test proof and now a droids golden rod! Nice!

Cheers Joe, this year was supposed to be a calm down year (in preparation for moving in my own place)
However I have gone literally mental with buying vintage. I had dipped into lego (and still like it) but now I am firmly back on vintage! I have a lot of stuff I havent shown to anyone too- I will save that for another day :lol:

I am still on for the Anakin POTF MOC too...... The year aint over yet!!!

Very nice C-3PO

Although the cartoon series was average at best the figures were pretty cool. My favourite three being C-3PO, R2 and Sise Fromm.

I'm new to this forum and 'the latest acquisitions' posts are the best part. Keep it going.

I'm a loose collector but couldn't turn down these; my first 12 backs .

R2-D2 12A AFA 70 (60, 80, 85 - tear on logo)
Jawa 12B (minor edge wear, otherwise very nice)
Tusken Raider 12B (again only very slight imperfections)

Nice sore on the 12 backs phreatobite, glad you bought them as I was in the same boat being a loose & baggie collector, & was like soooo tempted by those 12 backs when they went up for sale as they were such a bargain, so I was very relived when they were sold.

So as well as you getting a right steal & a cracking start to your carded 12 backs, you can be happy in the knowledge that you have helped me out to!

Thanks, sellers listing had a high a start price but still, I wondered why it didn't attract more attention. I was happy he accepted my offer and I had them in my hand in less than 24 hours.

He also sold a AFA 70 droids/glassite R2D2 a while ago.

Awesome score on the 3 12 Backs, was watching that myself but since I got the Tusken from Jon recently kinda put me off hehe, awesome score.

Loving the 21 Bell display, the acrylic adds that "Centre piece" feeling to it, looks the bomb!!

That looks pretty cool and tho i'm not into grading, something worth getting cased as it looks like it could be easily damaged... :?
Steve is a good guy and UKG are doing really decent stuff these days.
