Even if this is off topic I feel like I have to correct this earlier statement of mine before you memorize my false information. I found out Kim Simmon's (the main Kenner Photographer) nickname on RS and have been reading some of his posts and here is what he said about the transparencies/slides:

"This was a sales slide, or that is what we called them. Slides I took for use in General Mills or Kenner/ Hasbro sales meetings. Generally their purpose was just that, but on occasion - who know where else they could have ended up being used? I can tell you I eventually shot these as 4x5 transparencies then had slides made from the 4x5 because they were always asking for more copies later.
The lettering put on the slide mount was the name and number used to ID the slide when I scanned the slide, before selling the films"

Btw, his nickname on RS is kdms

I got them from a top dealer whom i bought from loads- 'swseller' and id say its the real deal. The paper its printed on is aged.

Finally picked up my first Vintage SW Boxed items, I know they are a bit battered but i still think they look cool..... 8) Really happy with them and not to bad considering they were £15 for the lot... Cant wait to get them out on display.....

Well done to everybody, in particular Ed, Dennis and Chris on some pretty cool pieces. This thread never ceases to amaze me If you added up the value of the items in the last few weeks, it's kinda scary to think how much it would be!!! Keep it up.
