Well, by key I mean, key to me. Obviously I want all if possible but 4 I'd love are

DSC/ATST driver
C3P0/Zuckuss
Ackbar/Tusken Raider
Vader/any card

There was a one of these on Ebay a few years back along side a Lando Skiff on a Biker Scout card. Maybe the Lando skiff was a normal Kenner card tho.
