Looking more thoroughly at them I have now noticed the Bossk has been inked. Not that noticable as it is only small but wasnt in the description so am a bit miffed. You can see in the pic above on the right side where the price sticker has been removed its been touched up and in the picture below.



Have e-mailed the seller, waiting for his response.

Evening all

Got this through the post today... it is my first General Mills figure but from opening it I need your advice. It looks absolutely mint, and I do mean MINT. Whenever I see one like this I am always a bit dubious so wanted to get the opinions of others on here

As I've said, I don't own any other GM mocs and the only thing that makes me raise the question is the effect on the "Empire" logo at the top (close up on the 2nd photo) - when I compare it to my Kenner ESB's the grey flash across the top isn't as prominent but hopefully :wink: this is typical of European/GM cards :lol:

There are quite a few mint examples out there of GM 45 bks,courtesy of our friend toytoni. Indeed I splashed out on a load of them the other week,just because they are in such good condition. Cracking looking Leia in anycase

Defo a legit card,some of the GM45's had the flash across the ESB logo and some didn't,same with the Palitoy 45bk b if I'm correct,which I usually am.

Some more outstanding purchases I see guys, lovin that Yoda & the 2-1b 8)

Been a busy 2 days for me, but finally got a chance to take a few photos of what I have got in the last week.

firstly this Clipper vader baggie from a nice guy in Europe at a snip -

Then a day later this guy turned up meccano baggied Snagg - chuffed to bits as i now have not 1 but 2 meccano baggies, has the long coo scar, sadly a slit in the bag down the seam which had been listed as "small hole" :? but still a cracking find.

Then this lot a lot of baggies from Dermots lot including this 6 pack which is a little dog eared & one baggie needs replacing but still a nice piece -

Luke jedi & R2 in ESB-h baggies which I have not seen b4

& I don't know what's with me :? but I just had to have this item,

1 - its a carded figure - I don't usually buy carded
2 - its a re seal & I just don't do fake or re seals
3 - is got quite bad frosting which I usually avoid like the plague, but a little sunlight will sort that I hope.

What do you think then guys -

Oh lord, that Six Pack is NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE!!! Wow. Which one of these does need replacing though?

And to be honest there were 2 saying that I didn't quite understand (cause english isn't my native language).

What the heck has a dog's ear to do with that six pack?
And what does frosting in this context mean? I mean: I know the meaning of this, but even dict.leo.org doesn't give an explanation that I could imagine to have anything to do with a Star Wars recard.

Any Pali labeled MOC is neat especially a Fett even if it's a reseal.
Dog ears are the corners of the cardboard folded over a bit (like a dog ear!)
And the frosting is a white mold like 'fur' effecting the plastic figure, which like Frank says will disapear with sunlight.

Nice work Frank. I obviously am a big fan of the Red Six Pack. They are incredibly tough to locate in any condition mate so well done. As always, keep it up. Im sure you will!

Some quality purchases over the last few days. I really like the ESB Bossk and the Leia Bespin. My favourite has to be Frunkstar's 6 Pack. Your baggie collection must be getting huge :shock:

I say that Fett is a good piece to have. Original bubble and footplate is always a good thing. As long as the reseal is neat you have a really displayable piece of a very sort after figure/card

Joe - many thanks for the photo, got that on file myself & knew the H style was a legitimate baggie, just ment I had never seen one available for sale so sorry for my confusing wording buddy, also typically just spotted one become available on ebay US - like bloody buses I tell you :lol:

Glad to hear the fett was indeed a wise choice, its actually (from what I can tell) a cut card put on to a opened card, so the figure has never been out of the blister, not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing in terms of value though as I am not a big carded collector as you guys know, but its not a bad job & displays pretty well, paid £60 for it so I presume I did ok'ish??

I also just added a photo which I had not noticed was missing that being the Meccano snag baggie.

Mr Kenner - getting there now, but really need to track down some POTF baggies now

Thanks. Luckily I got the trilogo MOC version from the Gamorrean Guard as well. (picture will come soon)
The trilogo Gamorrean Guard was my second figure ever back in 1985 or 86 and that figure has survived
everything since then although me and my brother played with him and the other guards of Jabba rather wild that time.
(mostly the Sarlacc sequence)
