Had an interesting find at a Swap Meet today. Bought a box full of Late 70s newspaper clippings all relating to Star Wars that some kid had collected at the time. The most interesting was this full page ad from "Wineman's" showing 9 figs, an X-Wing and a Landspeeder. Also with the box came the backs of C-3PO's Cereal masks, SW Presto Magix, misc personal belongings and a complete Atari 2600 game system!

Although i stated i was not going to buy anything until the new year i could not resist an item that came up for sale. It is another big purchase of my WTB list and i should have it on monday or tuesday at the latest. Really cant wait to show you guys.

Easily 90% of everything I buy is in person. I'm fortunate to have the entire SoCal area as my toybox. Swap Meets, Garage Sales, Antique stores, private dealers are common and everywhere. Although Star Wars is always at the top of my list, it's just one of my too many hobbies. My real "goldmine" find for today was that complete Atari 2600 with Pac-Man for $25!Joe said:

i have had confirmation from the seller that it is on the way so tuesday at the latest. Keep an eye out for the update.
But i have had to promise the missesno more purchases until end of Feb and i have to buy a new dining table and chair set in the new year sales. A good compromise i think.
