New addition to my vintage collecting books collection, this time all the way from Mexico.
This is the LL book that Mexican collectors recommend.

I picked this up the other day, i have quite a few cut bubble cardbacks already and this wasn't in bad shape so I thought i'd pull the trigger 😀

I got this cardback with a danish price sticker on it for my danish focus. I got it in a trade for a hoth stormie cardback. To my big surprise there was some gifts for me in the packet that was not part of the trade. A damaged registration form from one of the danish star wars fan clubs in the 80s. I wish it was 100% perfect and not damaged. But it is rare and it has now taken me 23 years just to get a damaged registration form for a danish star wars fan club and I got it as a gift. I also got 4 big posters as a gift, I am not sure what they are but I know it is star wars. I have never seen them before.

NIce dainish price sticker cardback you have there, when i'm looking on evilbay, vectis etc. I always keep an eye out for these for you when im looking at cardbacks to buy.

The free gifts are awesome, love those RM concept drawings, he truly was the master.🤩
 
Excellent! Where did you get it? Any provenance? Only asking, because I remember seeing a load of these in Lewis', Birmingham, when I was a kid. I had enough pocket money to buy one, but chose not to, as I already had figures from both sets. Bought an ESB Palitoy Stormie instead. Must've been imported.

Yes, the poster is dated 2004 which makes my photograph almost certainly the same year. At least I now know the year I visited the Star Wars Saturday at the Entertainer toy store. My photos include a few enthusiasts in full Star Wars costumes. Thanks for the replies!

I remember getting one of these back in Xmas 81-82 so they were definitely sold in the UK.

Yep, for sure. I remember seeing them, really well and having a good look at them. Top floor of Lewis', end of a dark, winter's day, just before closing. Don't think I ever saw them again.
