I was *this* close to buying the Ben last Sunday! Beauty.

Well I thought I'd made a cock up not securing it at the start of the show :!: It should have been snapped up long before I took it :!:

And I was *that* close to taking it off the stall  It's the mintest MOC I've ever owned and one of two I am missing terribly! The other being a stunning 45b Luke Hoth. Never mind, needs must and it's gone to a happy place :)

I've been hunting this bounty hunter for around five years, nearly had it a couple of times but it slipped away... Finally I have snagged the Special Offer Slave One! Never really thought I'd own one, so really pleased with this piece.

Ding Ding Ding! Winner winner winner! Seriously Matt, that is a great pickup - congratulations 8)

Rob, that Lobot is yet another bargain! Good work ;)

Palitoyjunky, what a couple of absolute crackers. The Fett is the stuff of dreams and the Kenobi is simply stunning.

Matt, what a fantastic find. A really superb Slave 1- love it 8)

This was my pick up from FF. Spotted it from afar, but it was nabbed by LOM before I could get there. Simon explained that LOM had gone off to find out if he definitely needed it. I went back a bit later and LOM had decided that he wanted it after all. Really gutted as I had a Palitoy 41 back as a kid and it would've been perfect for my childhood focus.

So, I was very happy indeed a while later when LOM came over to tell me he actually had one already and that it was all mine! Simon kindly kept it aside for me and the deal was done - totally stoked 8)

That Slave I is very special.

Well done on that Pali AT-AT Driver. I would have had that myself. Tasty.

Some Palitoy loveliness going on here - the Ben and ATAT Driver win it IMO 8)
Had no idea that the backdrop came with the Slave 1 as well as the DV TIE - beautiful

I have a new favourite piece, can't believe how totally made up I am. This is the Han Hoth transparency used to create the Kenner 41 back, which shows the alt paint scheme hard copy. Its in a plastic sleeve with scaling instructions, and has specifics etched into the border that are clearest with a back light. My scans really don't do it justice. Closest I'll come to that hard copy that's for sure :)

Ah man am still putting names to faces!
Am well chuffed u bagged it mate it's lovely 8)
Am glad Martin had one so no one left disappointed.
Hopefully he will pick up the one he is missing

Wow! That's a beautiful 21 back fett, Jon!
And that Han Hoth photography is really special. I hope that figure surface one day.

Glad it worked out in the end Cazza - you looked so disappointed I nearly let you have it anyway! Nearly..!

And Jon, that Ben is fantastic - I imagine you had to clean the case since I spent the best part of a Sunday drooling over it! A Kenobi MOC is no where near being on my wants list just now, but I nearly bought that one 10 times over!!!

I don't usually collect cardbacks but with only two MOC examples confirmed I've got more chance of landing a trilogo Madine or Harbert Fett than a carded one of these, so this will do for now :) It looks rather insignificant to the untrained eye, but it's the 70c cardback which has apparently only ever turned up in France (which is where it came from)

Something a bit different here - this has come from the same source as all the Emperors & C3POs that I have been selling - factory sealed case of the colouring books

As it says pre-pack, would you think (do you know) if this will also contain the shop standee/box that the colouring books would be sold from instore?

I honestly don't know - I won't open this one to check  but will ask the chap I got it from as I am sure he had some open as well -
