Anyone used this company?

I ordered as a guest on their website (UK) an item for my grandson Shredder &Krang 2 pack
I got the "Thankyou for your order you will receive a confirmation email" but have not received an email, tried to call them on the advertised number and got the " we are not ansŵering calls due to corona virus". Emailed them 3 times no answers to any emails been 10 days now

Anyone had any dealings with them?

My lad uses them all the time, nearly every transformer he buys is from them and he has never had any issues.

I only have a few items on pre order from them that are due soon, I cant say I know of anyone else having any issues with them so it might just be a slip. I wouldnt mind betting they are operating on with a singular member of staff at the moment. Have you tried posting on their FB page?

Yeah seems like no negatives with them, I don't do FB so will give it another few days to see if they respond.
