You will see what you can do? It´s been clearly stated what you can do and should do in order to keep your name clear. No need for you to come up with any new solutions. If you´re legit as you claim...I can´t see any reason NOT to do the right thing, it was £115 right? For me, a pretty small amount to "set at risk" if you plan to list more items here or on other forums further on.

Note that I´m not trying to hang you out at all, I´m just trying to explain how simple this could be solved with the result of everyone being happy. Also a pretty cheap way for you to get this thing out of the way, don´t you think?

Check this out,

1. Transfer the payment back to Steve. Do it now
2. Contact your post-office, check where that package is and why it haven´t been delivered.
3. Wait.........

If or when the figures arrive at Steve´s place he will re-send you the payment AND......... I will personally gift you £40. If the figures are lost, gone and never to be found, you have paid a veeeeeery small amount to keep your name clean + made future sales a whole lot easier.

40 quid extra on top of the original £115, sounds pretty good right?

This is a situation I did not want to happen and always believe in solving problems behind closed doors. As myself and William could not resolve I had to put it out there , not for myself but for everyone . Star Wars collecting isn't just a hobby , it's about building friendships and sharing memories and great stories


William if you do not have the money , of course I will take something else to resolve the issue , PM me with what you have and please send the item tracked and faster postage .

William, I know the feeling of not having the bullets needed to resolve a dispute that you indeed want to resolve. It´s a tough one to handle when not putting it all up on the table. If you don´t have the funds right now as you claim, the right thing to do is what you just did when providing an alternative solution. Although I´m sure that Steve would have preferred the Last 17 figures or his money back, Andreg (me) applaud you for coming forward and doing your best.

If you have plans on listing more items in the sales section, I´m happy to place the first order and show the rest in here that you are a good one. Of course, I would also provide everyone with an unboxing vid of your goodies as extra confirmation :wink:

If everything works out and Steve ends up being satisfied, I´ll mark you as a good one in my book...

As I said earlier I do not believe William is a scammer, and I'm sure we have all spent money before the item we sold has arrived so I can also understand that side of things too. It's a shitty situation for everybody, neither of your fault, so the right thing to do is share the burden somehow. your offer of replacement items seems very fair to me, I'm sure most sellers would prefer to lose 'stock' rather than cash.

I am pleased to post that between myself and William we have resolved the issue . Today in the post I got a boxed 12 inch Boba Fett , now my IG88 has got a buddy . Thanks for all the support , especially a free warok from Kieron , thanks to Michael and to Edd . It is never nice to have to highlight things like this , however all has been resolved and from William30 , he should be trusted as a buyer .
