Is this Anakin a rare modern?

I have this loosie Anakin with gold hand and the guy from my local geek store has taken a keen interest and asked me a couple of wear n tear/original sabre questions. Am i missing something?

I don't think so aside from the fact it was exclusive to a set and there's not been a newer update....

Did some trawling because curiosity got the better of me. There's a thread on RS about the set. Which is 118 pages....
