is this a real issued cardback with figure ? or repro

i saw this but forgot to bid ( as i was watching a dvd - **** ) i asked the seller but got no responce ! has anyone seen one of these before ?

Its a custom. They only came in heat sealed hong kong baggies with the Jabba Playset.

Theres loads still around though as there must have been some factory overstock boxes with a couple of hundred baggies in each.
