Insured UK - GER shipping

Need some advice. A UK member wants to send a mobile phone to Germany. Value of the phone is 499 pounds.

What is the best carrier to send it fully insured ?

DHL liability seems limited to 100 US $.

Not many phones around for that price

If it's that kind of value, generally the more expensive postal options are the best
