Hi, not into action man figures so had a quick look on Evilbay. Couldn't find anything unfortunately but I did notice that they all seemed to have their hair from right to left, whereas yours is from left to right, iyswim? - unless the photo is a mirror image of it?
Also he looks more like Jimmy Carr or possibly Thunderbirds? to me, ha ha
