What is the in-universe explanation for Korriban being renamed to Moraband?

I know that George Lucas wanted it to be renamed to Moraband for the Clone Wars show but what is the in-universe explanation for this name change? Did the Sith rename it, or was it the Republic? If someone could please tell me about this that would be great!

I did search Google and the only thing it said was the real-world explanation of why it was changed, the fact that George Lucas didn't want people to confuse it with Coruscant. I didn't find out what the in-universe explanation of it was, however. That's what I'd like to find out. If you could help me with that I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
