How many Takaras-10 or 12.

Lot of savvy collectors here and couldnt see anything on the net so..
I read only 10 of the original 12backs were put on takara cards, but got shouted down when i mentioned this to someone..
As of yet though, haven`t seen any pictures to put me in my place..Jawa and DSC , i cant seem to find...

Can anyone confirm? and if only 10, any ideas why no Jawa or DSC

Correct only 10 no dsc or jawa the hardest one for me back then was to track and get the sand people,alas I sol them to a Welsh collector called Anthony Roberts, alongside a white lei 12 palitoy and palitoy jawa back in the day.....

Actually, its a bit more complex than that...

There were two versions of the Takara Sticker (see below) - one with an 'ST' in a circle and one with no ST

Then of course there are the three variants of Vader, C3PO and Stormtrooper, and even if you don't include those, you can't forget the white background Vader:

So, potentially, there are 23 Takara cards to collect.

That white background tak vader looks killer.Gives the card a whole different look.The contrast between black figure and white background really gives a great visual impact.

i recently bought the takara tusken raider, an afa graded one but must have been drunk, didnt realise there was some mold growing on the cape..
