How long is the Earth going to last?

Oh and they do have a dvd available through their own website if it was interesting enough for you to use in real life with your lectures but for the time being I will hunt down a new link for you.

Run time is a little over an hour, it basically proves what you said a few posts up, in every aspect, all the studies that prove we are the cause are misinterpreted or falsified and these guys actually did a lot of research which shows instead that during our most productive times (after the war) it was COLDER than it is now and that its been a lot hotter than it is now thousands of years ago, they sum up the cycle of the Earth that you stated about.

Also the impact of the sun that no-one seems to take into consideration, they said that even if our emissions contribute to some kind of warming effect its literally in the single digit percentage compared to what the sun can and does do to the Earth.

Anyway, well worth a watch if you get a lazy afternoon with an hour to kill so I will pop a link back later

Guys I watched the 3rd episode of life after humans, that is well worth a look as well purely to see if there are any long term effects of human activity on earth.

They reckon that if no human stepped foot in new york for 1000 years, the buildings would become cavern like and rivers would flow through the city, the only metal/concrete that would be evident is the gold bars in the federal bank.

Well worth a watch gents.

I watched it and found quite eerie, yet complusive viewing.

The environmental one Joe recommended is definitely worth a look
