Far too coincidental that all items not received, if not posted recorded can he at least produce proof of postage.

If nothing shows up you will need to stake out his ebay account until they turn up for resale, be sure to keep a copy of the original listing and def contact police, ok prob wont go anywhere but its on record and thats important if the item ends up being relisted sone time in the future.

When I received the invoice I paid, then looked at the details and it said unique transaction, so guessing that it was a gift? Then when I returned from work the money had been refunded too my account this was due too the fact the email address he was using had no postal address on paypal. This was for the Luke poncho and not the yoda


I have sent the prick another message today yet no reply was abit rude though. I have opened a case with paypal, wether or not i get anything back, I doubt, however at the moment paypal have contacted him and waiting for response, all I'm trying too do is piss him off at the moment and be a pain.

It is a strange one - there is no way that if they were posted when he says (last Tuesday) then they should take this long - but why continue to profess innocence ?

Well then to me he a lying, thieving, scumbag **** and needs to have the police nock on his house. I will admit stuff does go missing in the delviery system, not just Royal Mail but all delivery companies, but 3 parcles for 3 different forums members not turn up, come thats a bit extreme. He obviously hasnt posted them, or do you look at it that he hasnt even got the items???? Used other pictures that arent his??? Its happened before. Either way he needs reporting.

Cant ebay get involved. Didnt Grant not realise the prick had sent a 'gift' invoice until after he had paid??? I still dont understand why and how he sent 'gift' invoices for ebay purchases.

Sorry for all the trouble you're having guys, I hope it gets sorted. Can I please just ask that you don't post things like personal details, photos etc of people on here, even if you believe they have scammed you. By all means share these details by PM, go to their door demanding the money back etc, but having personal details of people on here, whether guilty or not, could get the site (me) in trouble.

That's really bad, I noticed he had negative feedback about the last 17 Lando and think that's probably all you can do.

Yeah sure thing, problem with this guy is I honestly think he's unstable in some way, I think he walks down too the post office with his parcels and then posts them back too himself, and getting some kind of twisted satisfaction from it, I know that sounds odd but it's the only thing I can put together from the reports I hear about this sorry individual.

Well I don't know how they did it but they have, I paid for yoda by paypal gift, I opened a case anyway, told them what had happened, they said if they don't hear from him until the 7th they would then move on further, and just checked my paypal balance and my £60.00 quid has been returned, I'm chuffed too bits I just hope that lain also gets his money, and Grant once again mate your a top bloke with the feedback you left him makes me chuckle

I got some of my money back. It was a bit complicated really, I paid him via gift, then he sent some of the money back and requested it again with a different email address - so I am out of pocket by about £21.00 and am also short of a black endor blaster that I returned to him after our first deal - and obviously never received as the second package never turned up
