graded baggies - AFA or UKG? - you decide

Love them Frunkstar looks like the figure is nice and secure in there.
I would take UKG over AFA any day they have a better pricing policy than AFA, the only downside from them to me is that there figure database need updateing.

Frank they are not hard to open mate just take your time and apply the right pressure! I have used a thew methods to open them I have drilled holes along the top where it's sealed and the top pops off! You need to use a small drill bit to prevent vibration and cusion it on a towl firmly when doing it also you should put some pieces of wood over the drill bit so it can only go so deep preventing it from having any contact with the Baggie or you could just pop them open with a chisel starting of with the bit on the top corners where you can fit a finger nail under!

They are not hard to open frank just take your time and be as gentle as poss!

that baggie looks really good in the new UKG case frank this is the reason i use UKG Steve always dose a outstanding job IMO I look forward to seeing them when they are all done

I have never used mole grips frank! I guess your hoping the lid just pops of in one! At the end of the day the easier You remove the top the less chance there is of damaging the contents! The drill thing is a bit of an operation! If I had to crack one again I would use a chisel (small one) you just pop the corner off and pop pieces of from the underside of the top

Not going to be doing it for a while anyway Mike, but that was the hope, one of the US guys suggested that way & its sounded ok, the ideal scenario would be to find the same baggies not Graded & sell these on, but thats not likely to happen in any hurry with some of them, so I bet I will end up temporarily freeing them at some point, just so many loose baggies to grade first that there is no ruch, though they do grind my gears every time I look at them.

& Weaz thanks!, had to get my green sabre somehow & with not being as talented at one liner bullshit as you :mrgreen: it seemed a good way to raise the post count :lol:

On a more serious note though, can a multi-quote option be added to the forum??, as it would be very useful IMO

You already can. Just quote the first line you wanna reply to, and when you're typing a response, at the bottom of the screen you can see the rest of the posts, just click on whatever one you want to quote and it appears in your message (you can delete the bits you dnt want).
