@ spoons, only just read your post mate about no coo figs in hk baggies.

I have seen many mate, so i wouldn't worry about yours if thats the only red flag.
You won't see a taiwan fig in a HK baggie, but a no coo fig in HK baggie is nothing unusual.

can you explain why you think this fake del

btw got sniped on the link you send me if you come across another let me know

greets and thanks jimmy

Blue Snaggletooth only came in one baggie type Jimmy and its not the one on Ebay that Del linked.

It's this one he came in (notice the logo)-

Yes Jimmy the Snag is probably real, Del was stating the baggied figure was fake (it is a matter of about $200-300 dollars in difference if its bagged as opposed to loose)

Hi Jimmy,
Yes the snag itself is legit, the bag is legit kenner but they do not belong together.

the one joe posted is the correct & only baggie a blue snag comes in, plus it should be heat sealed.

The one in the auction is a common tape sealed kenner baggie so a bit of figure swopping has taken place.
The seller has perfect feedback so it could be that he's selling it in good faith and simply bought it himself believing it to be real.

110% a fake, wrong jawa, fake cape and look like a fake weapon.

twat is also coy with his description

"Some of my figures have original vintage weapons/accessories and some are reproduction. If this is important to you please ask me before bidding"

deception is the best word.

wrong jawa

Was there more than 1 Jawa? I have a Jawa in a repro cape and also an cloth cape, they have the same COO (but not stamped in the same place) but the Vinyl cape one looks a little bulkier than the other

Hi everyone. Just been on EBAY and seen this. What do you reckon? Looks rather fishy to me???

Chris

It is a fake. I know who made these and he did more than that one. He also made full blown copies of Blue Snags that look 100% on. It is a nice display piece however.

Yeah I thought as much. Your right, it does display pretty well. The date stamp and COO stamp were a bit of a give away. Seemed strange for a prototype to have these.

Fake Snags eh? How good are these fakes or are they blatently obvious? :|

Chris.

Chris.

I would bet there are some who own them and think they are 100% legit.

Pretty good then? How can you tell they are fake? Im looking to buy one soon so it might be helpful.

The parting lines down the sides are a little more pronounced. Other than that they are damn close to the real ones. He was also making Yaks, Luke Stormies and Rocket Fetts too.

Really? When you say parting lines do you mean the join lines where the figures are joined at the side?

He must have been making a tidy profit!
