If the seller has pulled the auction and agreed to relist with full declaration then I can't see what more he can do

But secondly and more importantly, we discussed this privately ourselves and the topic ended. You then raised it again in this forum publicly. This does not make you, or I right. It just means you rehashed a topic discussed privately, publicly. I didn't realise as we'd already discussed this you needed me to do it again..

The topic did not end privately, when did I ever say to you that I was happy with that, or the fact that you used bloody myhermes instead of Royal Mail like you stated in the auction?

You just skirted around it and asked for advice on how to get out of the R2D2 problem, I still have all of the messages.
