hi i honestly think they have arrived to you and your friends and you are trying to scam me and making threats about calling the police, now you opened a case in paypal so the money is on hold, so techincaly you are the one at fault and the one who has stolen my figure's, another thing, threatening to call my dad or his work? you are crazy. now i know the reason why you dont bid on auctions but try and make an offer when the auction has ended, so you can try and steal anything you can and make threats like a pleb.

i am blocking you now from sending me mail's through ebay any comm's should be make through paypal as they deal with the refunding or sending the funds back to me.

Yeah- im was trying to scam by winning an auction and paying for it.

Mark wasn't scamming by saying it was sent and then refuding 7 days later

Hopefully he will get back in touch to explain.

Just to avoid confusion here. I made an offer outside of Ebay for some of Marks figures once the auctions had ended with no bids. I would never offer more money to a seller once an auction had finished with bids

Ive offered to purchase a few items after the listing has ended with no bids with no issues and it certainly doesnt imply that you are a dodgy scammer, the guy is thriwing mud only to cover his own cheating ass!

How long will it be before these items are relisted if he hasnt already sold them on!!

I have bought some cards for my own private collection and they cost, what ..£5? Add that fiver to whatever it costs to buy a Leia Organa and presumably a repro cape and weapon, and what does that come to - £15 at the most? They look ok but you've created a fake, and that's all it will ever be.

i can only conclude that there's a market out there for people with more money than sense who just want shiny new looking figures, regardless of the cost. Absolutely crazy!

I bought a 'Luke Stormtrooper' on the 13th December,it was described as '100% complete and original'.Ths figure was ok and the helmet is genuine but when I posted a picture of it in the 'Recent Acquisitions' thread it was pointed out to me it was the wrong (black/blue)blaster,I think I just focused on the helmet and was just glad it was original.

I contacted the seller on the 7th January complaining that it was the wrong blaster.He contacted me back saying I could keep the blue/black blaster and he would send me the correct blaster and he would buy one he had seen on Ebay that night.

Now when I checked his feedback I seen no mention of any purchase of a 'Luke Stormie blaster' so I contact him again on the 14th January asking where the blaster was,he said the seller wouldn't send it to my address.I send and receive post from the UK mainland all the time and 2nd Class post takes two days.

Still no blaster has arrived and its now the 19th and still no mention of any blaster in his feedback,only weapons hes bought are a repro pack ffs!

So i've now opened a case against him.

I think i've been fair enough,I gave him a chance to sort it out and he hasn't,what do you think?

Edit:The seller has now started cursing at me in his messages and is arguing that the Luke Stormie Blaster is easy to get and gave me a link to Ebay,just as well I didn't wait.

Ok after much arguing and me providing him with irrefutable evidence he has now agreed (after trying to give me a £6 partial refund) to a full refund.

But I have to pay to send the figure back which I think is unfair.
Whats to stop him not signing for it or do I get the refund as soon as I give eBay the tracker information?

Really dodgy seller!
1.Sold me incomplete figure as 100% complete
2.Promised me he would send me correct blaster,2 weeks and he still did nothing.
3.Cursed at me through eBay messages.
4.Offered £6 partial refund(lol)
5.After much argument agreed to full refund then half a day later messaged me whining he has to pay eBay fee and his Paypal balance is negative.
6.Few hours later he told me to send figure to another address as for some reason eBay didn't have his correct address.Dodgy as!

Trawling through his feedback I see he has bought some incomplete loose figures and a repro weapons back.We know what comes next!

This guy is a total knobjockey,just to further this eBay purchase pain he has his figure back and has issued a refund via Echeque,so at the moment i'm out the money I paid for the original transaction and i'm out £5.95 for the cost of sending the item back by special delivery.I am fecking livid!
What happens if the Echeque doesn't clear?
