Guys the seller in question has reported all the posts on here as inappropriate, can we get a copy of all the evidence together, including the sold items and a copy of his listings, (these can be retrieved by item number, goofbay or ebay themselves) if the seller has resold items he did not "recieve" we can issue this to royal mail as they will no doubt take it to court, ebay and the police.

This will provide a solid reason for the debate

This hole bought a carded Klaatu from me, stupidly believing that proof of postage was enough I sent this out non recorded, I can kick myself now as this "Ebayer" claimed it was lost in the post, left me chasing it up, then opened a case and stiffed me for the money. I bookmarked his listings and check them for months until here is the Klaatu on his listings!!
