If he won an item from you you would have received an email from ebay telling you "you've sold an item" that email would contain the "buyer"'s name, address and email address whether he'd paid yet or not.
I received one today-

As i said before anyone who's ever dealt with anyone via ebay will have all their info stored in their email inbox. Unless you delete everything.

Of course, I will check if I still have that email - There is a good chance it was deleted though -

The bubble was badly cracked at the top - but card was decent condition - I thought at the time at least i should get more for it next time round - I didnt!! Would you believe he went for £4.50!!

But I honoured the deal - wish I hadn't listed him
