just been to look at our dream house ,now firstly house were in is great with huge gardens .We own it but with out sounding stuck up it ex council house and there is only one more on street that is owned.The problem is all kids on street are little scallies aand it dont say much for parents if you let your kids run up and down street swearing.So we want to move to another village .
only prob is house prices soar in the village we like ,until we found a cottage down a lane that no one needs to go past as its at end and next to private fields with horses in .and by looks of the horses if you go in field farmer would prob shout you.
The house its self needs smaashing to bits ,though i could have it re wired ,new central heating and plastered through out in a month for bout 4 grand .
the prob is the guy next door came out he about 75 in first 2 mins he had told me how his dad and uncle had died ,how he nearly died from a tumour ,then was run over by a truck .He has a bird in sweden who he writes to and she tells him to come visit her {this could work in my favour as he owns some land that joins on to house we like and if he needs cash to go see his chick could be a cheap deal lol }
Plus he looks scary as **** ,not some nice old chap .then he says his mam is 91 and as we walk round back she is in back yard ,i think she has snuck out and seemed to be having a fit.
Really freaked me out ,our lass wasnt bothered and even said they not got many years left in em anyway{cruel cow lol}
