Disabling PM's for new members

New Members will not be able to start new PM's. I've implemented new policies that the system will look at to analyze and help reduce spam/scammers even further.

You should never send money or email new members if they make an offer to you with out verifying.

Hi Blackbeard. I'm relatively new to the forum (only a couple of weeks) and am potentially looking to buy some figures from conradrithblat. Unfortunately I can't conversation him for the understandable reasons above, but he can't do the same with me either. Short of passing data on a public thread, we're a bit stuck - any thoughts?
