Darth Vader Case - ROTJ 77 Back - anyone seen one?

I have been looking for a 77 Back ROTJ DV Case recently, and whilst I have found the insert, I can't seem to find an actual picture of what the sleeve even looks like.

Has anyone got one?

If you do - wanna sell it ?

Just realised I originally wrote 79 Back, but meant 77 Back. I've amended the original post.
