To be fair, ebay seem to be monitoring it. Every time i check back in on him his negs seems to have been removed. Don't know why they don't just ban the horrible little **** but i guess it's better this way. At least we can keep and eye on him.

He must be worth their time and investment to monitor versus just kicking him out.

I have something similar with a guy who has neg'd me

Didn't contact me, didn't open up a not received case, just negged me - if you look at his feedback left, of the 17 items he has had, 5 have gone missing. Reported him to eBay but nothing yet - think I'll have to get on the phone to them

Yeah, definitely get on the phone the report and case systems are all automated and achieve nothing.
