At At commander variant?

Hi folks,

I was clearing out some figures today when i came across this At-At commander. He his a bright orange/pink (it's Trump-esque :lol face and no COO (melted?). Is this a particular variant? if so is the valuation much different to a regular At At commander?

Any help much appreciated!
