Awesome stuff. Been awhile since I checked a thread on here without all the Sherlock BS and the Joiner show. How is your work progressing Michael?

In answer to your diplomatic question :lol: could you pm your address, as I don't think this Luke even using the force would be able to fly the X wing to USA, I will rely on good old postie, you will like the delivery though :wink:

glad you like them, the horror stuff is mostly what i've been asked to make over the years, collectors like the gruesome stuff and i've allways had a soft spot for Horror films.

no not recasting, i bought the mould on ebay years ago now, i've had it a good few years and only done a few castings from it, the collecters i've been dealing with prefer the gruesome stuff to sci fi, but i plan on creating more star wars related pieces over the next couple of years

June is a real Kaws fan, I have to say that I love the Kaws stuff now as well

Difficult going using ball point, as the canvas grade is a bit rough, see how it goes though, trial and error

you finished that yoda bud? i was out trimming up a certain turtle head today, still bloomin cold so wasn't out there long.
also trimmed up a han in carbonite facecast that i'm thinking of putting up on here for trades for star wars goodies :mrgreen:

Grinchy loving your creatures mate I wouldn't know the first thing when it came to sculpting, you must put some hours in to those.

Celebrating four years since I said goodbye to factory work and started as an illustrator/cartoonist/caricaturist/scribbler.

Looking back I've had the pleasure of drawing a **** load of vehicles of which I've put a small selection together, I've got to get out of the transport industry :?

Congrats on the 4 year anniversary and getting out and doing something you want to do, utilising your gift, stellar work bud serious talents there.
You done anything for childrens book illustrations ?

I wish I could get off the merry go round and live from something I love doing, alas my drawing skills are only at a fun level, and my poetry that of a fluffy nature but not commercial, so not a chance of that.

Turned 50 recently, so I would say to anyone, if you get the chance to follow a dream, then go for it, don't look back, always look forward, all you need is a family around you and a roof over your head

Ham...that is such a a beautiful piece, the composition and colour of the subject is fantastic, capturing age, but youth at the same time, maybe that's just me, but it says look at my face and understand my life
