A question regarding HD tvs.

If I buy a full HD TV (not a 'HD ready') but don't use Sky HD or a bluray player for a full HD picture - ie, I only have my freeview and regular DVD player would I encounter any problems, or will it just operate to the quality of the signal I have?

it will operate fine

you will just have the capability to use HD if you need to
