Any coin collectors here-Silver proof Tonga Millennium??

Guys,

i found 2 of these in a box of crap from years back. The last time i saw them would have been 13 years ago when i then moved house and packed these away. Does anyone have any info on these and their worth? They are encased in a plastic shell and i beleive they are proof coins. However, one of the cases is broken.

These are not my pics but high quality ones from google. However, my coins are exactly the same.
