    Today on Facebook...

OK - so I think I got to the bottom of it - not who I thought it was but still a sock account in the name of someone on here - pretty disappointed with who it was as I considered them a friend but then there are a few people over the years that I have fallen out with that I also considered...

    Today on Facebook...

I am not 100% I know who it is but am pretty dam sure - really pathetic thing to do - and the person he pretended to be is about as far away from the braggy know-it-all that this person was being on FB

    Today on Facebook...

Imagine being sad enough to create a sock account on FB pretending to be one of the nice guys of the forum (who doesn't use FB) - how pathetic

    Today on Facebook...

I agree with this and stayed on here with sales for a good while (I haven't totally written it off) - but the audience is ridiculously larger on FB than it is on here and if you price sensibly (which I still try to do) then you can sell very quickly - and generally sort out payment straight away...

    Don't forget to vote........................for Corbyn.

The biggest issue with PR is that it generally creates hung parliaments which in turn means a great deal more time spent on trying to do deals. I am not against coalitions - in fact I think the Con/Lib pact in 2010 worked very well for the country (just not the Libs) - but when you have 5 or 6...

    Don't forget to vote........................for Corbyn.

I agree on Corbyn - seems like a nice chap with a genuine desire to do good - very similar to Sanders over here. I disagree on the right/left wing though -whatever you label it, people are being put in boxes at one end of the spectrum or the other Not all Trump supporters are fascists - just...

    Don't forget to vote........................for Corbyn.

To be honest I am just sick of politics - I can't believe the choices that people have been given both sides of the pond Where are the centralist parties that people can unite behind and why is everything so polarized these days - you are either left wing or right wing it seems

    End of an Era Celebrity.

It's a morbid thought for sure! When we were kids it wasn't even something you thought about but as the years go on then you start to notice the people you looked up to aren't there anymore. For me one of the hardest 'celebrity' deaths before Carrie was Gary Speed as he was only a few years...

    Nooooooooooooooooo (eBay Snipers)

Lol - I agree - I went to put on a snipe yesterday and instead of going through the hassle of paying then I just say and waiting til the last seconds I have never really had an issue with them so will sign up and I sure - thing with the internet is that we take a lot of it for granted - as you...

    Nooooooooooooooooo (eBay Snipers)

Yes, I found that out yesterday - funny how you bulk at paying 2.99GBP for something as useful as that - yet that probably less than the cost of half a pint in London !

    British Media Angers Me

Problem is sensationalism sells - if a story isn't juicy then we, the general public, just aren't interested. Media today is all about making as much money as possible - if they can get a juicy story on a well known celebrity or so candid shots of said person in a compromising position then they...

    "To Be Fair"

To be fair, I think it is a bit of a British thing - to be honest, we do like the lengthen the sentence as and when we can. In my opinion, we do like to let people down gently as well, so rather than getting, as it where, to the point, then we try to soften the blow :D
