Tigerham's Display Unit (in progress)

UPDATE: I've been working on the beginning stages all day. Measuring the main panel and all 61 separate panels...



Then cut the main parts to size and just loosely put them up to see how they look...



Next stage to cut all the smaller parts. Not looking forward to cutting the long panels straight with a handheld jigsaw. Fun times ahead. :? Lol.

61 pieces cut. A bit of a very slight wobbly start but all good in the end. Hardest part out of the way, now the fun begins. Happy days.

Note to self: Move tin of paint out of way of drill! :? Lol.

Now you have an easy pour paint can. :lol:

Sorry, completely missed the writing on the tin. It even says 'position to avoid the risk'! What are the chances eh?! :lol:

Thanks apack. I'm off work for a week so making the most of the time. Bodies aching as got a bug but my mind doesn't care. Carry on... :lol:

Huh, there's me thinking all the hard work was done and up comes the painting (and that's just the base coat :S ). Bring back the cutting. On a plus side the LED's arrived today. Really chuffed with them, nice and bright...

Those LEDs are like looking into the sun. Great job and it's coming together wonderfully. Can't wait to see it finished with your Mocs in it.
